This is the painting "Portait of a Lady" by Rogier van der Weyden. It was painted in the 15th century.

I personally think that it has an uncanny resemblance to a particular famous actress. I'm kind of curious who you guys think this lovely lady looks like, and if it's the same as who I'm thinking of...comment below!

  1. Oh, she does look a LOT like Jessica Biel! I didn't even notice until just now. Good choice, though it wasn't who I was thinking of. :)

  2. I've always thought of ScarJo when I see this.
Probably because this is a little similar to The Girl with A Pearl Earring..

  3. Maybe the mix between Greta Gerwig, Tilda Swinton, and Scarlett Johanson.

  4. Simon and Lorel, I love your choices too! I can see the Scarjo fo sho.

But, I was not thinking any of who you guys first impression of this painting was Angelina Jolie! I mean, those lips. Haha

  5. I know! I'm looking at everyone else's choices and I'm like "Wow, I've totally been one upped." haha
